Our story begins in a small town
Located in charming Historic Downtown Ellensburg, Washington, The Huntsman Tavern & Restaurant is locally owned and operated. We pride ourselves in using the freshest ingredients from local purveyors in the Pacific Northwest.
Whether you are local, passing through, or here for a visit, Ellensburg is a great place to be! We are home to the famous Ellensburg Rodeo, Washington's only Blue Ribbon Trout Stream,

The Huntsman Tavern prides ourselves on using only the freshest ingredients. Our menu showcases American cuisine and elegant tavern favorites. Whether it is a buttery steak you are in the mood for, rotisserie or fried chicken, or an 8oz. Prime, in-house ground burger, all are cooked over the high heat of apple, cherry, and white oak wood with a hint of mesquite, ensuring a tender and juicy preparation.
